Student Blogger.....

The Student Blogger By Aidan Hacker, 5 th Grade E.L.P.                 We all know there’s bad things that happen in this world, but we focus on them WAY TOO MUCH to remember the good things. So here’s a wake up call.           “WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!”        No, a “wake up call”. Remember, there’s good things on this planet, too. Like here in 5 th Grade E.L.P. (Extended Learning Program). We held a “fundraiser" for the Harrison County Food Pantry. “The Giving Tree” is what it was titled. We collected items to donate to the Harrison County Food Pantry. In the year of 2013, Missouri Valley Elementary did a good deed for Harrison County.                              Your blogger,                                       Aidan Hacker           P.S., we got 410 items.

Thank You from 5th ELP--Great Job!

The Giving Tree In 2013 we had another successful Giving Tree. We got a huge amount of items (410 items).  Our Giving Tree provides food to the Harrison County Food Pantry for any person or family who needs assistance with getting food. Thank You,  parents and children of Missouri Valley Elementary School for providing food.                                                 Sincerely Danielle Avrams                                                  Of 5 th grade ELP
